To act as a Sales Professional to meet the business goals for the target client segment, mainly for Aviation & Critical Infrastructure area, focusing on engineering technical services and AI/Data/IT solutions.
Job Duties:

To support GTM Head to develop business strategy and business plan in the target industry segment to meet revenue and profitability targets. Business plan should cover target accounts with clear executable plan to penetrate or grow the account.

To carryout farming in existing accounts to meet their sales target. To develop and execute the account plan for major accounts.

To develop and execute the client executive engagement and coverage plan. This is to ensure good management line of sight in major accounts, and be able to address client’s concerns promptly resulting in good customer satisfaction.

To establish strong relationship with key partners who can support the GTM plan and joint opportunities.

To develop good relationship with Lenovo sales to facilitate cross-sell and up-sell opportunities in target accounts.

To understand the competitive landscape and reshape the business strategy to succeed.

May require to travel on business engagements
Job Requirement:

Degree holder preferably in Engineering, IT, Business, or related disciplines
-
A minimum of 8 years of experience and in account management and business development role selling Engineering technical services, IT infrastructure, managed services, AI, Data, or IT areas.

Experience in closing large deals (> US$2m) in areas including Engineering Technical Services, AI, Data, Enterprise Applications, IT Outsourcing and/or Infrastructure

Ability to work with partners and execute joint business plan
