Senior Systems Administrator (Change and IT Governance)

To manage IT change and IT governance and meet clients’ SLA (Service Level Agreement)

 

Job Duties:

  • Coordinate with various parties to ensure on schedule Changes

  • Define, agree, record and manage levels of service with Internal or External Customer

 

 

Job Requirement:

  • Provides planning, controlling, executing and monitoring of change affecting the IT Service Delivery environment.

  • Well communication and co-operate with various support for the change process and ensure alignment.

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on handling change and mitigating risks

  • Change audit and document review 

  • ITIL process management experience on change and service management

  • Analyse and review all service requirements and conduct comparisons with SLA's

  • Review of service achievement to ensure the service quality is maintained and gradually improved

  • Provide the service requirements and agree the expected service level with Project Manager/ Service Manager.
