To achieve sales targets for existing and newly registered customers. Produces account development plans for new and core clients and identifies sales opportunities to drive sales growth.

 

Job Duties :

  • Lead and direct concurrent standard or complex projects.

  • Engage with stakeholders to deliver projects from original concept through final implementation. 

  • Ensure client satisfaction and manage escalations, acting as a single point of contact to the client.

  • Ensure that the project delivers a timely, quality and customer-orientated solution.

  • Documentation and management of risks and issues.

  • Scope and formulate a project or program solution as well as the cost which includes the completion of a proposal with Sales Team. This may include Client presentations of our delivery approach as part of a tender process.

  • Identification of opportunities and influence the sales by conducting a business conversation with the client positioning the technical services offerings.

 

 

Job Requirements 

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT or related disciplines.

  • With experience in FSI, Retail & Insurance, IT or with SI background will be advantage

  • Good command of English, and Chinese

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in ICT industry 

  • Numerical competent; Strong communication skills; Relationship management

  • Ambitious, outgoing, self-motivated & client focused

  • Less experience will be considered as Client Manager
