Job Duties:

• Operation support and Assurance – Provides level 3 support and troubleshoot. 

• Vendor management – fault resolution and problem solving

• Cloud infrastructure and application Management

• Compliance management with ISO9001 & ISO27001

• Liaise with Product on implementation, configuration and troubleshooting on cloud

• Infrastructure (Virtualization, hardware, storage and Networking) for supporting new Service and customers

 

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field

• 3 years of experience in ISP / CT industries

• Professional certificates in Microsoft, Linux, VMware (e.g. MCP, MCSE, LPI, VCP) preferred

• Knowledge of Windows servers, Linux servers is a MUST

• Knowledge of TCP, UDP, Routing, NAS, SAN, VPN and Virtual technology

• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks with ease

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Good communication and inter-personal skills

• Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English
